The Middleweight championship battle is presented by Golden Boy Promotions and GGG Promotions and will take place at T-Mobile Arena. The bout will be produced and distributed live by HBO Pay-Per-View beginning at a special time of 8:00, pm EST/5:00 pm, PST.
A bout nearly two years in the making, Canelo vs. Golovkin has boxing fans chomping at the bit and on paper it seems as though the matchup may go down in history as of the best fights in the history of the storied Middleweight division.
Also featured on the pay per view telecast as the co-main event will be Joseph Diaz Jr. vs. Jorge Lara in an exciting bout that will be a WBC Featherweight title eliminator and is scheduled for 12 rounds.
Randy Caballero vs. Diego De La Hoya will clash in a 10-round fight for the NABF Super Bantamweight championship, Ryan Martin takes on Francisco Rojo in a Lightweight bout scheduled for 10 rounds with the WBC Continental Americas and vacant WBA Intercontinental championship on the line.
